Personal things — photos, videos, files, calendars, contacts, passwords, scanned documents, and notes — are visible only to family members who are signed in. There is no public link, no anonymous access, and nothing is indexed by search engines.
The behind-the-scenes tools — server dashboards, logs, metrics, and settings — are restricted to whoever runs the house. They hold no personal content, and they sit behind their own additional locks.
Only this welcome site is public: the landing page and these few guide pages (Apps, Status, Help, Access, Contact, and this page). They contain no personal data — just friendly signposts. The live status page shows whether services are up or down, never what's inside them.
We will never ask for your password by text or email. The only place to enter it is dashboard.mymoore.net. Anything else asking for it should be treated with suspicion — when in doubt, ask first via Contact.
